We started breeding back in 2005 originally with the Welsh corgi Pembroke.
We have bred many champions here and abroad and many of our dogs are still in current pedigrees throughout Europe and Russia.
In 2014 we stopped breeding with the Welsh corgi Pembroke and we still do breed with the Welsh corgi Cardigan under the prefix "Waggerland". We have been quite succesfull breeding and showing with the Cardigan and won many World titles and to many champions to mention.
Rachel passed her dachshund exam in 2008 and the dachshund has been on our wish list for many years... The dog we should once own... And in 2021 I decided that there should come a dachshund in our life... But than the searching begins... Finally in 2022 we where happy to welcome our first dachshunds standard longhair.

Our first standard longhair dachshund on one of his first shows in The Netherlands. Huntaks Primo Rosso winning BOB and BOG. He already won multiple times Best of Breed and group placements.
Ross is bred by Darja Tsinikina from Estonia. We have been able to welcome many dogs from the Huntaks kennel. Though we have not bred the first two litters with Huntaks Glow Of Sunrise she is already the foundation bitch of our kennel. As she is behind almost all our dogs here.
Our pedigrees are based on European and American bred dogs. The American lines for sure brought great soundness and confirmation.

Sonya is today behind almost all our dogs. She is the mother of; Huntaks Primo Rosso, Huntaks Pink Spring. Huntaks Peppermint, Hillberry Pole Position SL and Hillberry Sprint Weekend SL. The grandmother of; Hillberry Press Release SL and Hillberry Sneak Preview SL.
Another dog present in most of our current pedigrees is the American import; USA SW Ch. Hunderbar Dignitary SL
On the right side Hunderbar Dignitary SL (Hermie) here at 12 years old. He passed away at 16,5 years old at 25-08-2024.
He is the father, grand father or great grand father of almost all our dogs here at Hillberry.
